The Columbiana Alumni and Friends Scholarship Association, CAFSA, provides scholarships to seniors who demonstrate high moral character, the potential for success, and a commitment to community service. CAFSA was started in 1993. CAFSA has awarded over $78,500 in scholarships. CAFSA is a non-profit with almost no administrative costs run by volunteers in our community!
